It used to be a cute and comfy soft straw hat. Great for gardening and other outdoor pursuits. I think I originally bought it in desperation for an SCA event, but I wore it a lot. Now it's misshapen and stiff, dry and uncomfortable. I think it may be time to say good bye to the big straw hat.

Back to hats
I have a lot of hats. I like hats. I have cowboy hats, ren faire hats, Victorian tea hats, baseball hats, and well, the list goes on. I wear hats a lot, I like the look, and I think I wear them well (mostly). But there comes a time in the life of every hat when the usefulness and style is just no longer present. Such as with this one:
